Nikmatilah Teh Manisnya, Bukan Gelasnya
This Is Love
I don't pretend to know what love is for everyone, but I can tell you what it is for me. Love is knowing all about someone, and still wanting to be with them more than any other person. Love is trusting them enough to tell them everything about yourself, including the things you might be ashamed of. Love is feeling comfortable and safe with someone...Love Is Like Waiting For A Bus
When the bus comes, you look at it and you would tell yourself, “Eww, so full. I can’t find a sit. I’ll probably wait for the one.” You let the bus go and waited for the second bus. Then the second bus came, you looked at it and said, “Oh my, this bus is so old. I guess I just have to wait for the next bus.” You let the bus go for the second time and then again you decided to wait for the next bus. After a while, another bus came and it’s not crowded, not too old but you said, “What? It’s not even air conditioned. I’ll just wait for the next one.” Again, you let the bus go and decided to wait for the next bus.
Then the sky started to get dark as it was getting late. You panicked and jumped immediately inside the next bus. It is not until later you realize that you had boarded in the wrong bus. You had wasted your time and money just to get into the wrong one. Even if an air conditioned bus comes, you can’t ensure that the air conditioned bus won’t break down or whether or not the air conditioner will be too cold for you.
Wanting to get what you want is not wrong, but it wouldn’t hurt to give other people a chance. If you find that the “bus” doesn’t suit you right, just press the red button and get off the bus. Who said life is fair? The best thing to do is be more observant and open-minded on the things going on with your life and the people around you. I’m sure you had same experience before, you saw a bus coming (the bus you want of course) and then you flagged it, but the driver acted as if he did not see you and zoomed pass you. It would only mean that it wasn’t meant for you.
The bottom line is: being loved is like waiting for a bus you want. Getting on the bus and appreciating the bus by giving it a chance which always depends on you. If you haven’t made any choice, WALK! Walking is like being single. The good side of it is you can still choose any bus you want and the rest who could not afford another ride would just have to be content with the bus they rode on, ugly or not.
Sometimes, it is better to choose a bus you are already familiar with rather than gamble with a bus that is unfamiliar to you. But then again, life would not be complete without any risks involved. There is one bus that I failed to tell you about – the Bus that you do not have to wait for, the Bus that will stop on its own and ask you if you wish to come inside and then take you for a joy ride for the rest of your life. Hope you get to ride on that bus.

There's Always A Reason Why...
Sometimes people come into our lives and we knew it right away that they were meant to be there… to serve a purpose, to teach us a lesson, or to help us figure out who we are or who we want to become. We’ll never know who these people may be, but when we try to look at them inside our hearts with eyes wide open, at that very moment we would definitely know that we are with them. In the most unexpected or profound way they will create some changes in our lives.
Sometimes things happen to you at the same time that may seem horrible, painful, and unfair. But trying our best to reflect to all of these things we would realize that without overcoming all these obstacles we would have never realize our potential, strength, will power, and for possessing a good heart.
The things we encounter every day happen for a reason. It doesn’t happen by mere chance or by means of good luck, illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity. All of these things happen to test the limits of our soul because without these small tests, our life would be like a smoothly paved, straight flat road to nowhere. Yes, we could have a safe and comfortable life, but it could be dull and utterly pointless which doesn’t make any sense at all.
The people we meet affect our life. All the success and downfalls that we experience would help us become the person we are right now and we would learn something from the bad experiences we had. In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone hurt us, betray us or break our heart – we should somehow learn how to forgive them because they have helped us learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom we open our heart. If someone love us, we have to love them unconditionally not only because they love us, but also because they are teaching us to love and open our heart and eyes to little things.
We talk to people who we have never talked to before and actually listen. We should let ourselves fall in love, even if it doesn’t seem right because we are too young or too far from that person, just follow our heart. We have to surround ourselves with those who make us smile, laugh, and make us happy. Break free and set our hopes high. Let’s hold our heads up high because we have every right to do it. We should always remind ourselves that we are a great individual and we believe in the things that we are capable of doing it, for if we don’t believe in ourselves, no one else would believe in us. Make every day count. We need to learn how to appreciate every moment and take everything from every possible way we could for we may never be able to experience these things again. Let’s create our own life, then we have to let go and live with it.

How To Make Life Beautiful
Love yourself.
Make peace with who you are and where you are at this moment in time.
Listen to your heart.
If you can't hear what it's saying in this noisy world, make time for yourself.
Enjoy your own company.
Let your mind wander among the stars.
Try.
Take chances.
Make mistakes.
Life can be messy and confusing at times, but it's also full of surprises.
The next rock in your path might be a stepping stone.
Be happy.
When you don't have what you want, want what you have.
Make do.
That's a well-kept secret of contentment.
There aren't any shortcuts to tomorrow, you have to make your own way.
To know where you're going is only part of it.
You need to know where you've been to.
And if you ever get lost, don't worry.
The people who love you will find you.
Count on it.
Life isn't days and years.
It's what you do with time and with all the goodness and grace that's inside you.
Make a beautiful life... the kind of life you deserve.
